Thoughts on Critical thinking, The soul of communication

My takeaway from the article is “Time spent right equals money.”

The key to every successful group project is communication and being organized. It is easier said than done. From past experiences, a group of A’s students that split workloads individually scored much lower as compared to a harmonious group of B’s students.

However, it never crossed my mind that poor communication in society could cause such damage. With the monetary statistics provided, if we are able to mitigate the consequences of poor communication, much resources could have been put to better use.

In today’s society, I feel that communication is often taken for granted. Exchange of information was made easy with smart devices but the content often lacks clarity. With critical thinking embedded in us, the thought process could clear up any doubts, ensuring productivity and effective communication. School ambassador executive committees are often found equipped with analytical skills.

With the ability to identify obstacles and analyze logic with feelings and emotions, one could bring people together to do challenging tasks in a short amount of time.
